Target Audience

This activity has been designed to address the educational needs of cardiologists, internists, and pharmacists. This activity may also be of benefit to other healthcare providers interested in optimal management of heart failure.

Learning Objectives

  • Describe the clinical evidence for, and appropriate use of, newer chronic heart failure therapies.
  • Outline treatment strategies to reduce hospitalizations and readmissions for patients with chronic heart failure in accordance with current guideline recommendations.

Your certificate/statement will be saved on the Paradigm Medical Communications website and will not be available in your freeCME CME History.
