This webcast is directed primarily to neurologists, radiologists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, registered nurses, and clinicians involved in the management of patients with multiple sclerosis (MS) and epilepsy. No specific skill or knowledge other than a basic training in neurology is required for successful participation in this activity.
This webcast is intended to provide paradigm shift in the treatment options for MS and epilepsy. The format will include didactic lectures from known thought leaders, question and answer sessions, case report presentation and ample opportunity for participant interaction with faculty. This enduring online activity is designed to provide clinical decision-making strategies for integration of novel therapeutic options.
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be better able to:
- Summarize the latest research developments in the diagnostic and physiologic barriers including seizure and epilepsy classification
- Apply evidence-based research in clinical practice of utilizing novel agents in the treatment of epilepsy
